What we collect, how we use it, and how to have it removed.
Sandwich Fencing is a trading name of NordSys Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@sandwichfencing.co.uk.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we hold the phone number or email address you contacted us with, together with the messages or details you sent, so we can quote and deliver the work. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site traffic - that stores a cookie and collects standard analytics data (page views, session duration, approximate location, device type). No personal identifiers beyond what GA4 collects by default.
To quote work, deliver the job, and follow up. We do not sell contact data. We do not run email marketing lists. We do not share contact data with third parties except where we need to (for example a supplier delivery address, or a specialist trade for a portion of the work).
Job records: 7 years, for tax and warranty. Quote enquiries that don't proceed: 12 months, so we can pick up where we left off if you return. Analytics: retained per GA4 default (14 months).
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sandwichfencing.co.uk and we will action within 30 days.
Photo of the boundary, panel or gate + postcode + count. That is all we need for a ballpark, back same-day. Site visit only if the job needs it.
